I bring together interior design, real estate strategy, and holistic wellness into one intentional, integrated approach. With a deep respect for how environments shape the way we feel, move, and live, my work is rooted in both thoughtful design and embodied well-being.
My background in holistic psychology, functional movement, and nutrition informs everything I do — from how a home is laid out, to how a space supports daily rhythms, nervous system regulation, and a sense of ease. I approach each project with an editorial eye and a calming, grounded presence, creating spaces that feel refined, livable, and deeply personal.
Based in San Diego, I work with both residential and commercial clients across design, renovation guidance, staging, listings, and lifestyle-focused transformations. Whether shaping a home, a workspace, or a wellness experience, my goal is always the same: to create environments — and lives — that feel aligned, supportive, and intentionally lived.
